Finding a Future

Last week, East was open to students in middle school and high school to explore the C4 fair. This is an annual event that allows the all C4 programs to appeal to new students and advocate for their classes. The booths are available to visit all day and range from health sciences to photography.

“Exposing students at younger ages allows them to explore new and unique career paths earlier in life,” said Adrianna Weber, a senior at Columbus East who has been in C4 every year of her high school career.

She and many other students were out of class on Wednesday to help out with the C4 fair. Opening the door for students to explore diverse career paths is something that C4 provides for students.

“The C4 fair is where all the C4 classes available in BCSC set up booths and have different interactive activities and information that allows students to learn the basics and get a feel for if they would be interested in taking the class in the future,” Weber said.
