Everyone knows that high schoolers are extremely busy. Even though this is the case, it is still very important to do some sort of physical activity throughout the day. Everyone needs physical activity to stay in shape and keep a clear mind.

Physical activity not only helps people stay in shape, but it can also help people feel happier. It is really important to be able to take a break from the stresses of life to exercise, and take care of yourself. Exercising can also increase the amount of energy that people have, which most high schoolers need.

The nice part about exercising is that people can exercise right out of their house. Most people think you have to go to the gym to be active, but it is really easy to exercise from home. Running is a really good way to stay in shape, and if you can not do that then you can always go for a walk. Going for a bike ride is another great and easy way to exercise. The nice thing about all of these exercises is that you get to go outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine while you are exercising.

You can also make exercising more fun by doing it with a friend or sibling. A great way to exercise if the weather is bad especially in the winter time is by doing a workout out video at home or going to the gym.

If none of these options sound good then join a sports team. Not only will you get the chance to exercise and stay in shape, but you will also get to be part of a team. It is always easier to follow through on working out when there are people around you encouraging you on.

The best part about exercising is that when you are finished you do not feel so bad about eating a candy bar because you know you deserve it, and you will feel better mentally and physically.
