Winter fashion: Which coat is best for you?

“Winter is coming.” – Game of Thrones

With colder weather approaching, it is time for people to consider buying a winter jacket to bear the harsh cold. Several brands advertise their coats as being the most practical for the winter, which can make it difficult for consumers to decide which coat would be best for them. We decided to conduct our own experiment with students on the resource floor to decide between the best and worst coats. The coats we selected to test were a white North Face jacket, a red G.H. Bass jacket, and a black Columbia jacket. We randomly selected ten students to try on each jacket and vote on their favorite. The North Face jacket won with six votes, and the Columbia and G.H. Bass jacket were tied with two votes each. While North Face coats are pricier than those of the other brands, according to our survey, they will get you a bang for your buck.
