Hoosiers protest in the Women’s March on Washington

On Saturday, January 21, millions worldwide participated in the Women’s March on Washington. According to the march’s platform, the march is a “women- led movement” bringing together people of all genders, ages, races, cultures, political affiliation and backgrounds… to affirm our shared humanity and pronounce our bold message of resistance and self determination.” In Indianapolis, thousands protested on the steps of the statehouse in a sister march.
