Healthy Smoothies For A Healthy Body

All of the smoothies that are listed have a high number of antioxidants and have different fruits for good flavors. There are different benefits for each smoothie.

Berry green smoothie

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Spinach is very good for you considering it is loaded with nutrients.

 

Blueberry yogurt smoothie

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • Milk, if you want a non thick smoothie
  • Honey, as much as you want
  • Ice

Blueberries are a great source of vitamin k.

 

Rise and shine skinny coffee smoothie

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup coffee, cold or room temperature
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Ice
  • As much greek plain yogurt as you want

Bananas are high in potassium which help with cramps.

 

Watermelon berry Smoothie

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup fresh cubed watermelon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Watermelon is high in amino acid and vitamin c. Watermelon is a good source of hydration with it being 92% water.

 

Chocolate banana smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 ice cubes (if you don’t use frozen banana)
  • ¾ cup Silk Chocolate Soy Milk
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Your choice of sprinkles (optional)

This smoothie contains chocolate which makes it sweet. Bananas are nice for digestive health, heart health, and diabetes.
