There is no doubt here that Chipotle is the best Mexican restaurant in town. Chipotle is famous for their hefty burritos, but one can also order their delicious tacos or burrito bowls. Chipotle is better than Qdoba in almost every aspect. Not only does their food taste better, but it also seems to be much more fresh than its competitor. The atmosphere at Chipotle trumps Qdoba. Chipotle offers upbeat and unique music as well as very friendly workers which is a huge upgrade from Qdoba’s subpar atmosphere. With all these advantages Chipotle somehow manages to have cheaper prices across the board. And last but not least Chipotle serves the best and freshest guacamole in Columbus, compared to Qdoba’s average guacamole. To eat at the best Tex-Mex joint in the area, visit Chipotle on US 31.
Ben (Qdoba)
As the weather cools down, Qdoba's grills are heating up with orders from Columbus East students. With quesadillas, burritos, and knockout tacos, Qdoba is hands down the best Tex-Mex restaurant in town. One thing Qdoba offers that Chipotle does not is queso. There is nothing better on your burrito, bowl, or even with chips than hot, melty queso. While Chipotle is cheaper overall, Qdoba offers more bang for your buck. If you are looking for a short drive and a cheap meal that will fill you up, head to Qdoba on National Road for lunch.
