The lady Olympians have five returning starters and look to lead the team.The Girls Basketball Team went to the Finals of Sectionals last year and lost to their cross town rivals Columbus North. This year’s seniors include Addy Galarno, Britney Ballard, and Kristen Lyons. However they will also have to deal with the loss key players Kary Horner and Korin Humes due to graduation.  

Girl’s varsity coach Danny Brown Says, “We return all 5 starters from last season led by Seniors Britney Ballard, Addy Galarno, and Kristen Lyons.

The lady Olympians just finished an undefeated summer, so expectations are high. Their will be no shortage of experience or leadership on the team with 3 seniors and 5 juniors to guide this year’s squad.

The Olympians are off to a 2-0 start and look to carry it on throughout the season. We will see the lady olympians again at East Central on November 16th at 7:30.
