Saint Francis commit Audrey Wetzel scored 21 points and had nine rebounds during last night’s game against Southport. Wetzel, the team’s lone senior, was honored before the game. Wetzel is a two-time team MVP, is sixth all-time career scorer and hold the records for free throws made and attempted.

Also honored were coaches Danny Brown and Willie Humes. Coach Brown won his 200th game with the East basketball program this past Saturday against Madison. Coach Humes was honored for his induction into the IHSAA Basketball Hall of Fame.

Other leading scorers included sophomore Addy Galarno with 16 and sophomore Kristin Lyons with nine.

The O’s begin sectional play next Tuesday against Shelbyville.
