Dance Marathon Preview

The 19th annual Dance Marathon is this weekend! The event, which raises money for Turning Point Domestic Violence Services, is going to be bigger and better than ever before, with plenty of food, drinks, prizes and entertainment.

The dance will take place at Central Middle School this year and will be on Saturday, February 24 into the morning of Sunday, February 25, starting at 8 p.m. (doors opening at 7 p.m.) and lasting until 6 a.m. Sunday.

The entertainment will include Nine Square, Zumba, Black Light Golf, awesome DJs, bands, Giant Cup Pong, Gaga Ball and so much more. There will also be prizes including 3 $2,000 scholarships for seniors, event tickets and gift cards. Those who fundraise the most could receive a $200 Visa gift card!

In addition, there are plenty of food sponsors, so be ready to dig into food from some of the best places around. There will be 30,ooo servings of food throughout the night, including sweets, a taco bar, wings, pizza and milkshakes. Eat as much as you want, as new food will be released every hour.

Registration will be accepted at the door or is available online at bcscdm.com. A minimum donation of $20, a student ID and a parent signature on the liability form online is required.
