Sophomore Nataley Cheshire is participating in her first year of newspaper and is excited to get started. Her excitement revolves around the creativity of the class as well as the quality of the environment.

“I thought it would be fun to learn how people put together the newspaper because I’ve seen it around school all last year and I knew it was a whole team of people,” Cheshire said.

Cheshire is in her second year of high school and has had many beneficial moments and people in her time here.

“I like high school a lot and I think have grown a lot from some of my experiences,” Cheshire said.

Her favorite class is Newspaper where she is thrilled to have the opportunity to dive deeper into the creativity and manufacturing of the media. 

“I thought that it would be interesting to see all that put together and how they get their stories,” Cheshire said. 

As the North vs. East football game comes closer, Cheshire shares her excitement as this is her favorite sporting event of the year. 

“I absolutely love the football games. I just like the community that it builds during football. It’s very exciting and the themes for the games are very fun too.”
