After the success of Harry Styles’ sophomore album ‘Fine Line’ which received one grammy for  Best Pop Solo Performance for the single ‘watermelon sugar’ and sold over 478,000 units according to Billboard, many fans have been eagerly waiting for the arrival of his third album.

Fans came into suspicion for the next album, with the website youarehome, that greeted one with a plain door on the homepage. When clicked on the door would open and would reveal images behind it such as mushrooms and different patterns with a message to follow on the website’s social media platforms.

While fans anticipated the door revealing a new image and cryptic messages, Styles via platforms announced his album ‘Harry’s House’ that would be released on May 20. Fans immediately began to dissect the album cover that features styles upside down in a plain living room with a simple couch, chair, and lamp. Many noticed the same door that was on the website in the room as well as putting the clues together.

Styles stands on the roof of the living room wearing wide-legged jeans and a white baby doll top with a pondering expression across his face. The post got over a million likes in only a few hours while fans expressed excitement.

Days later posters of Styles popped up in major cities all around the world and shortly after the announcement of the lead single ‘As it Was’ would be released on April 1. The vulnerable track features joyful production making the song seem lighthearted. Although there are many different theories on the true meaning of the song, everyone has different opinions.

After three years of music reviews from fans that seem to be nothing but positive, calling the track a cry-bop according to ‘GQ Magazine’. 

Styles headlined as the main act for ‘Coachella’ and debuted two new songs, ‘Boyfriends’ which consisted of melancholy melodies, and ‘Late Night Talks’ a pop love song. Styles also brought on stage, Shania Twain as well and sang two of her most popular songs. 

As the release date for ‘Harry’s House’ gets closer fans eagerly wait for more music to be released and their excitement grows as well.
